In response to NRC Report #918373, and at the request of Heard County Fire Department and EMA, FOSC Sims, accompanied by ERRS and START contractors, deployed to Franklin, Heard County, Georgia to assist in the recovery of orphan drums washed into the Chattahoochee River due to heavy rains and flooding.
