Greka has completed the rehabilitation of the unnamed tributary to Sisquoc Creek along Palmer Road. Erosion control structures were installed through out the creek and area formerly occupied by the Upper Bell Pond.
Greka hired a landscaper and hydroseeded the creek and the area formerly occupied by the Upper Bell Pond. The seed pallet consisted of native grasses and plants. The seed pallet was approved by the California Department of Fish and Game (DFG). OSC Wise has issued a PRFA to DFG to oversee the rehabilitation of the creek.
No further EPA action is required. However, Greka will be required to maintain the hydroseeded areas until the vegetation has reestablished itself. This will be overseen by DFG. The PRFA will remain open for approximately 6 months.
The Order will be terminated.

* The above accounting of expenditures is an estimate based on figures known to the OSC at the time this report was written. The OSC does not necessarily receive specific figures on final payments made to any contractor(s). Other financial data which the OSC must rely upon may not be entirely up-to-date. The cost accounting provided in this report does not necessarily represent an exact monetary figure which the government may include in any claim for cost recovery.
