POLLUTION REPORT

The following activities took place during this reporting period:

Access was granted to the Site via a signed agreement on April 9, 2009.

ERRS and the EPA OSC mobilized back to the Site on 4/27/2009 to remove all of the wastes that were containerized and secured during the month demobe.  ERRS crews began by going back into the building and removing the batteries that were in the subbasement and bringing up the paint that was also left in that area.

On April 29, 2009 disposal companies arrived to remove the waste from the Site and transport it to several disposal locations (see Waste Stream Information attached).  The batteries were picked up by Interstate for recycling.

Once trucks were loaded and all waste was removed from the Site, ERRS demobilized.

No further removal actions are planned at this Site.

The Site will now be referred back to IDEM and the City of Indianapolis.
