Current Activities

During this reporting period approximately 8 gals of oil and 75 gals of contaminated water were retrieved.  The new updated totals are now as of February 28, 2009: 4,515 gals of oil and 51,773 gals of contaminated water retrieved.

No problems were encountered during this reporting period.


Planned Removal Actions

A full scale fluid recovery event will take place at sump D during the next reporting period.  This location had a detectable thickness of free product at 0.06 feet thick.  Subsequent measurement of product in sumps A,B,C and D and large rain events will also receive scrutiny for additional full scale extraction events.
