Current Activities

A final site visit was conducted at the mill on August 26, 2009 which included OSC Young and a representative from the VT Department of Environmental Conservation (VTDEC). The final tasks, the asbestos abatement and removal of two, 10,000 gallon oil storage tanks, had been completed. OSC Young confirmed through the site visit that all activities required under the EPA Administrative Order on Consent have been completed.

Non-Hazardous Containerized Waste: 814 pounds and 935 gallons

Bulk CS-1 Tear Gas Solid: 111,388 pounds
