Current Activities

There was delay in scheduling a time for installation of monitoring wells.  During the week of September 28, four monitoring wells were installed at Site A and five at Site B. All wells were drilled to a depth of 20 feet.  These wells will be used to draw water samples in order to ascertain if pesticides or oil products have migrated through the groundwater.

Next Steps

After the wells have had time to develop, water samples will be drawn from the wells and sent to a laboratory to be analyzed for chemicals of concern.  Samples will be taken the week of October 12.  Results back from laboratory as well time to QA/QC the data will take another three weeks.
