Activities performed by ERRS from November 9, 2009 to November 27, 2009 included; continued loading asbestos-containing waste material (ACWM) into trucks for off-site disposal, continued loading and transporting scrap steel off Site for recycling, the removal of surface debris and surficial soil from along Taylor Ave., and the clean-up of gross debris on the sidewalk along Olive Street.
Activities performed by ERRS on November 12, 2009 included; cutting, decontaminating and stockpiling scrap steel, continued segregating and stockpiling ACWM at the truck loading area, and the clean-up of gross debris on the sidewalk along Taylor Street.
Activities performed by ERRS on November 13, 2009 included; the clean-up of floor debris inside Building 16 in preparation for the removal of the collapsing roof, and stockpiling ACWM at the truck loading area.
November 16, 2009 and November 19, ERRS continued loading asbestos-containing waste material (ACWM) for off-site disposal.
November 18, continued the removal of residual ACWM and surface soil along the southern portion of the Site, the removal of residual ACWM from concrete surfaces along Olive and Taylor Streets, and the relocation of drums, containers and totes to the Courtyard area.
November 19 and 20, the removal of surface soil along the north perimeter of the Site and the crushing of thirty (30) empty drums and containers, the removal of residual ACWM and surface soil along the southern portion of the Site and within the Courtyard area, cleaning of concrete surfaces from Olive Street to the center of the site.
Activities performed by ERRS on November 23, 2009 included the continued loading ACWM into trucks for off-site disposal, the removal of ACWM debris from the interior pit inside Building 15 in preparation for the removal of the roof, and transporting scrap steel off site for recycling.
Activities performed by ERRS on November 24, 2009 included the continued loading ACWM for off-site disposal, a general site cleanup and securing the Site for the holiday weekend. Demobilization day for out-of-town ERRS personnel.
From November 25, 2009 to November 27, 2009, no work performed on Site due to Thanksgiving holiday.
Activities performed by START from November 9, 2009 to November 27, 2009 included: written and photographic documentation of Site activities and conditions; observing ERRS on site removal activities, the collection of perimeter air samples for asbestos analysis, the collection of perimeter dust monitoring, the removal of sixteen (16) mercury switches from inside the building, and the development of a the consolidation of container samples for waste characterization laboratory analysis, and the collection of final clearance asbestos soil and micro-vacuum samples.

Continue removal of scrap steel from the western portion of the Site. Continue segregating, stockpiling and loading ACWM for transportation off site for disposal. Conduct final clearance sampling.

Removal of residual ACWM debris and soil from within the ACWM area for final clearance sampling.
Removal of deteriorated roofing material from the eastern most portion of the site building.
Arrange for the removal of the drummed material off site.
Disposal of liquid from the 40,000 gallon subsurface vault.
Installation of a permanent chain-link security fence around the perimeter of the site.
Coordination with responsible parties for the removal of the dumpster containing asbestos containing waste.

As of November 18, 2009;
Sixty-nine (69) trucks loads, approximately 544.48 tons, of scrap steel has been transported to Bluestar Metal Recycling Company for recycling. A credit of $63,045 was put back to the Site based on the recycled steel.
Two hundred ninety five (295) truck loads of ACWM, or approximately 6,494 tons, have been transported off site to the Evergreen RDF Landfill in Northwood, Ohio for disposal.
