Due to OSC Fetzer's current workload, OSC Scharr will become the OSC of record for this site.  OSC Scharr will assume all OSC duties under the NCP to implement the actions outlined in the FMO Pesticide Action Memo.  OSC Fetzer will remain involved with the site in a support role.  As a matter of information, OSC Fetzer will remain the lead OSC for the Former Mohr Orchard Groundwater Site.
