For the period of December 14 through December 31
On December 16, 2009, the OSC was notified that Northwest Sanitary Landfill had received an Acceptability Determination and T&D of the asbestos contaminated soils could proceed. ERRS RM coordinated with the Northwest Sanitary Landfill to schedule transportation of the loaded roll-off boxes. The OSC was on-site during the following dates to sign manifests and oversee pick-up of the roll-off boxes:
December 18 1 roll-off boxes 11 tons (est.) Northwest Landfill
December 22 5 roll-off boxes 51 tons (est.) Northwest Landfill
All equipment and trailers had been picked up at the time of the December 18, 2009 actions. The ERRS RM did notify the OSC that someone had siphoned the diesel fuel from the off-road dump truck and the water truck sometime between December 12, 2009 and December 16, 2009 before being picked up by the rental company. A police report has been filed with the Pennsylvania State Police.

Conduct periodic inspections of cover system while researching mechanisms for Post Removal Site Controls.
