Current Activities

June 1 through 6, 2004:  ERRS subcontractor (1) ERRS subcontractor  conducted operations and maintenance activities, including cleaning the fuel extraction pumps.   A total of 159 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

June 7 through 13, 2004:  ERRS Subcontractor (1)  ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities, including cleaning the fuel extraction pumps.  A total of 159 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank. MW-10 extraction pump not working and was turned off.  Manufacturer, Clean Earth sent a replacement reel.  While new reel was shipped, MW-10 probe was out of well - other two pumbs continued operation.


June 14 through 20, 2004:  ERRS Subcontractor (1)  ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities, including cleaning the fuel extraction pumps.  A total of 160 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

June 21 through 30, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities, including cleaning the fuel extraction pumps.  A total of 160 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

July 01 through 11, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 161 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

July 19 through 31, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 165 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

August 1 through 8, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 168 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

August 9 through 15, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 171 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

August 16 through 22, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 174 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank.

August 23 through 31, 2004:  ERRS Subcontracotr (1) ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 176 gallons of material recovered to date in the 1,000 gallon tank. MW-10 pump replaced and working.


Planned Removal Actions

-Continue to recover oil.


Next Steps

-Transportation and Disposal of recovered product as needed.
-EPA will re-evaluate the recovery system
