This SITREP is being issued to correct inaccurate information reported in SITREP #8.  It had been erroneously reported that two loads of asbestos waste had been shipped off-Site on 3/17/2016.  In fact, there was only one load shipped on 3/17, amounting to 25 cubic yards, not the 60 yards initially reported.

 2.1.3 Enforcement Activities, Identity of Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs)

There are a number of known PRPs, including the current owner and one of the former partners of Conifer Construction. Co.and he has given EPA written access to the entire site.  Enforcement staff continue to identify additional PRPs.
