CORRECTIONS TO PREVIOUS INFORMATION
The ERRS contractor was contacted on 11/27/2006 to clarify that the ceiling for the verbal task order issued on 11/25/2006, is not to exceed $200,000.
Today, 11/29 at 1330hrs. Command for this incident was formally transfered to EPA from the Danvers Fire Chief. This concluded the formal site investigation by the State Fire Marshall's Office, the Mass. State Police, and the ATF.
A press conference was held at today, 11/29 at 1600hrs to announce the transition of site activites to EPA. The current Unified Command will be EPA, Mass DEP, the Town of Danvers, and the U.S. Chemical Safety Board.

The Incident Command Post will be relocated to the east side of Water Street.
Air monitorinig activities will continue.
Surface water run off collections systems will be enhanced in preperation of heavy precipitation on Friday, 12/1/06.
Recon of the site with the assistance of the CSB will also be initiated.

Coordination will continue to ensure that all State and Local interests will be coordinated with during this response.
