Current Activities

October 1 through 4, 2003:  ERRS subcontractor (1) ERRS subcontractor  conducted operations and maintenance activities, including installing a new probe and reel in MW-9 on 10/03/2003.   A total of 37 gallons of material recovered in the 1,000 gallon tank.

October 5 through 11, 2003:  ERRS Subcontractor (1)  ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities, including cleaning the fuel extraction pumps.  A total of 40.5 gallons of material recovered in the 1,000 gallon tank.

October 12 through 18, 2003:  ERRS Subcontractor (1)  ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 44.5 gallons of material recovered in the 1,000 gallon tank.

October 19 through 25, 2003:  ERRS Subcontractor (1)  ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.    A total of 48 gallons of material recovered in the 1,000 gallon tank.  

October 26 through 31, 2003:  ERRS Subcontractor (1)  ERRS Subcontractor conducted operations and maintenance activities.  A total of 51.5 gallons of material recovered in the 1,000 gallon tank.


Planned Removal Actions

-Operate system for 6 month period and re-evaluate.


Next Steps

-Transportation and Disposal of recovered product as needed.
-EPA will re-evaluate the need to operate the system after 6-months.
