OSC Ullock was contacted to assess a defunct electroplating facility at the request of City of Mobile, AL. Upon initial assessment, OSC Ullock found abandoned drums, totes and vats containing hazardous chemicals. The facility is abandoned and in disrepair. There is also evidence of trespassing and vagrants using the Site.
OSC has requested ERRS and START assistance to characterize the waste streams and secure the surrounding area.
OSC plans to secure and stage the area until the Site can be transitioned to a time-critical removal.
