|
ACTI resumed the cleanup of the creek on February 1, 2008. On February 2, 2008, a walk through by the Calfornia Department of Fish and Game and the Pacific Strike Team found small areas that required additional work. Due to forcasted rain, the addition work was postponed for health and safety reasons.

Due to an incident during the Bell Lease Cleanup, OSC Wise amended the Clean Water Act Order to prohibit Greka employees from conducting any cleanup operations in the creek. This prohibition will not apply once restoration of the creek begins.
