Greka continues to remove roll-off bins from the site. The bins are going to Chemical Waste Management, Kettleman City. On March 13, 2008, Greka personnel and the California Department of Fish and Game walked the creek to discuss restoration issues.
1. Removal of all waste 2. Confirmation sampling 3. Site restoration
1. LFR must address the comments to the confirmation sampling plan and submit an updated plan to EPA and SBCoFD for approval. 2. Continued removal of the roll-off-bins. 3. Restoration of heavy equipment damage to land adjacent to the creek.
LFR will have one more chance to provide an acceptable sampling plan. Failure to provide an acceptable sampling plan may result EPA directing Greka to get a new consultant.

* The above accounting of expenditures is an estimate based on figures known to the OSC at the time this report was written. The OSC does not necessarily receive specific figures on final payments made to any contractor(s). Other financial data which the OSC must rely upon may not be entirely up-to-date. The cost accounting provided in this report does not necessarily represent an exact monetary figure which the government may include in any claim for cost recovery.
