8/19/08 to 08/22/08 Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS) contractor Guardian Environmental Services, Inc held its morning safety meeting and discussed the days planned activities. ERRS continued repackaging drums. ERRS repackaged 380 drums for the time period. ERRS did weekly maintenance on equipment and cleaned work areas. ERRS received and unloaded 2 truckloads of vented drums (1 truck on 8/20/08 and 1 truck on 8/22/08).

ERRS continued repackaging drums. ERRS repackaged 80 drums. ERRS did weekly maintenance on equipment and cleaned work areas.
USEPA OSC Jack Downie was on site to oversee operations. OSC demobilized.
USEPA Removal Program Senior Site Administrative Officer (SSAO), R. Messimer, mobilized to the site for administrative oversight. SSAO demobilized by C.O.B.
START mobilized to the site and assisted the OSC as needed. START conducted contractor monitoring and written and photographic documentation.
