OSC Katrina Jones mobilized to site to provide oversight and air monitoring of plume. START staff (Tetra Tech) assisting in collection of data. OSCs Adams and Scott on-site as well. ASPECT aircraft deployed to conduct infrared scanning of plume to detect pollutants.
