|
(A) Respondent completed the removal of tank liquids by January 11, 2008.
(B) All tank solids and solidified tank residues have been removed from the Site.
(C) TCCA is now completing the remainder of the required removal actions pursuant to the Unilateral Administrative Order. Remaining work includes removal of small containers, disposition of the contents of Tank #7 (presumed oil), and submittal of a closeout report. TCCA has provided no estimate of the date for completion and may be out of compliance with its order.
(D) The OSC is initiating effort to conduct a removal site evaluation of the Site since the owner has thus far failed to collect the information needed by the OSC to conduct such evaluation.

(A) Complete disposal activity relating to tank #7.
(B) Remove and dispose of small containers as requested by PADEP.
(C) Complete characterization of residual materials and soil and groundwater unless accomplished by owner.

The owner of the Site (Tank Car Corporation of America) has not completed the removal action within reasonable time frames as required by the order. EPA is now considering completing the removal requirements. EPA is also taking actions to complete the removal site evaluation.
