Site Description
Single 55 gallon steel drum discovered along Tennessee River shorline behind residential property.  Address: 214 Travel Path Road, Rogersville, Al

Current Activities
EPA OSC Spurlin, assisted by ADEM, conducted site investigation.  Drum sample collected. Neutral pH.  Drum was approx 2/3 full, containing a clear liquid material suspected to be mineral spirits or similar compound.

Planned Removal Actions
Task Order initiated for Kemron to use nearby team sub, SWS. Sample delivered to SWS. Sample to be analyzed and disposal bids obatined.

Await lab data and disposal info.
