Current Activities
On April 1, 2008, approximately 25 tons of SulfiTech was delivered. The SulfiTech was homogenized into the pile of ash and soil. Six ten point composite samples were collected and  analyzed for metals. Five out of six samples were below 5 mg/L for lead.  On April 15, 2008, ERRS retreated the pile with an additional 10 tons of SulfiTech.  Confirmatory samples are below the established level of 5 mg/L for lead.  No underlying hazardous constitutes were above the treatment standards for hazardous waste.

Next Steps
On April 29, 2008, the treated soil and ash will be loaded and hauled to Sand Valley Landfill in Collinsville, Alabama.  Confirmatory samples will be collected from the excavated areas and will be backfilled, graded, and seeded.
