Site Description
Please refer to previous POLREP's for Site Description and background information.

Current Activities
The following activities occurred during this reporting period:

On August 6, a rug was removed in a back bedroom and the furniture in the removed was placed in the sun and allowed to vent.  Once the rug was removed, a closure test was performed by START and the home passed the test with levels after 4 hours at .2 ug/m3.  After the successful test, ERRS began replacing carpet in the home.

On August 7, ERRS finished replacing the carpet in the home and the family returned home that afternoon.


Planned Removal Actions
No further removal activities are planned at this Site.

Next Steps
The personal items that did not come below screening levels and were discarded will be evaluated by EPA and any reimbursement will be dispensed.
