NCDENR has requested EPA technical assistance in an incident in Staley, NC involving the discovery of perchloroethylene (PCE) in local residential water supply wells. OSC K. Rhame responding with ERRS and START to provide bottled water to potentially impacted residents and conduct water sampling at private wells.
