Train derailed in Norcross, Georgia. One rail car carrying sodium hydroxide was derailed. The rail car is leaning over and sodium hydroxide is slowly being released. About 10 gallons were initially released onto the ballast. The release is currently being collected in a drip plan. Cause the derailment is unknown at this time. OSC Stephen Ball mobilized to the scene.
