The Clarks River / Miss Jane Vessel Oil Spill is the location of a diesel fuel spill into the Clarks River in Paducah, Kentucky. The "Miss Jane" is an abandoned towboat which has been grounded on land within the high water mark of the Clarks River, a tributary to the Tennessee River. The incident was referred to EPA Region 4 by USCG MSO Paducah.
