1.1.2.2 Description of Threat - ignitable materials in drums

1.1.3 Preliminary Removal Assessment/Removal Site Inspection Results - Over 175 each 55-gallon drums and 100 each 5-gallon buckets.  Many containers are leaking.  Field chemistry tests indicated  propensity to flash.

    2.1.1 Narrative - OSC Tanner and OSC Booth conducted wet chemistry field tests while conducting a removal site evaluation.  The testing indicated that the drums would likely carry a D001 waste code.   Many drums were found to be leaking and many more in poor condition. The property owner claimed to lack sufficient funds to conduct an appropriate removal action.
