START sets up air monitoring station. START sets up tactical shelter at Portland Fire Bureau Training Center. Responders suiting up for site entry in Level B respiratory protection. Responders begin site entry scenario. Monitoring for pesticides with AP2CE Investigating 'unknown abandoned' containers. Entry into burned out structure. Team has proceeded to second floor of burned out structure. Team is investigating 'HazMat' containers found on second floor. Team collects samples for HAZCAT. START begins sample HAZCAT while on supplied air-line.
