Unknown oil suspected to have been released from a recreational vessel into Hatt Creek at its outlet into Mullett Lake. OSC, START and ERRS mobilized beginning at 0100 hours on 7-21-16.

Containment installed by 0200 hours . Recovery underway .

Recovery Completed by 1300 hours. Boom removed.
