EUCLID AVENUE WELL OPA SITE [FPN: E16314]

Basemap:
Description: An abandoned well, had been buried below-grade until discovered by landowner. The excavated pit around the wellhead provides containment and prevents surface run-off to the storm sewer on Euclid Street. However, the volume of the pit had subsided, and the speculated that the oil was entering into the storm sewer via an old tile drain.
