Site Description
Please see PolRep #14.

Current Activities
From September 10 to October 26, 2007, an additional 32 residential properties were excavated, back filled, and restored to pre-excavation conditions, to the extent practicable.  That brings the total of properties addressed in 2007 to 67.

We continue collecting air samples during excavation, and soil samples at the bottom of the excavation to determine if there is contamination at a foot depth.

Planned Removal Actions
There are 3 properties scheduled for excavation during the week of October 29, which will be our last week of work during this construction season.  That will bring the total number of properties addressed on 2007 to 70.

Next Steps
There are an additional 34 properties with arsenic levels over the removal action level of 95 ppm.  Also, we are awaiting results on 2 properties within the study area that were sampled late this summer.  Therefore, next year there will be between 34 and 36 properties that will need excavation work.

During the winter months we will continue working on public outreach and securing the pending access agreements.
