Current Activities
Greka completed the removal of the cleanup waste in roll-off-bins on April 8, 2008.  EPA granted Greka an extension on completion of the restoration of the Firestone Winery Property.  Firestone requested Greka used their contractor to resurface the warehouse yard and the roads.  The contractor is not available until April 25, 2008.

Planned Removal Actions
1. Restoration of the Firestone property by April 25, 2008.
2.  Removal of the cleanup liquids (oil and water) by May 1, 2005
3.  Restoration of the roads by May 5, 2008.
4.  Restoration of the tank farm including removal of the pipe, the repair of the secondary containmnent and repair of the tank.

Key Issues
Greka must meet the deadlines or risk violation of the Order.  The liquids may be injected at another lease as long as it meets the State and County requirements.
