Planned Removal Actions
The Removal Action at the 5 affected residences will involve a combination of excavation and capping with a barrier of clean soil of up to 2 feet and restoration.  Residents will be relocated while activities are conducted at their residence.

Next Steps
ERRS will replace items around the trailers at 1234 and 1241 Loflin Hill Road (including stairs and other miscellaneous items in the yard).  Crush and run will be used to restore the driveways of both properties.  KEMRON has subcontracted a private landscaping company to seed both yards and restore shrubbery removed during excavation.
Residents in 1234 will end temporary location on November 17, 2004; residents in 1241 will end temporary location on or before November 19, 2004.

Key Issues
Heavy rain hindered operations on November 12 and 13; however, ERRS was able to "catch up" on November 14 (Sunday) and the removal schedule was not affected.
