FOSC, USACE, Plexus met with RP's consultant EMG Corp. on 4/21/05 to discuss EPA site activities since project was mobed a year ago.  In addition the transition plan for turnover from fund lead to RP lead was discussed.  EMG will immediately takeover the transport and disposal billing.  Clean Venture will commence billing to EMG so that the extraction process can continue without any field delays.  The FOSC will maintain Plexus field extraction team until EMG's HASP is approved and until they can get a contractor on board to relieve Plexus.  This may take up to three weeks.

EPA's 311(c) and (e) Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) with Fogle's became effective on 4/27/05.  EMG will be developing numerous documents for FOSC approval.

Planned Removal Actions
Plexus will continue with extraction of oil from the seep area.  EMG will assume all transport and disposal costs from Clean Venture Inc.  Oil extraction will continue on a weekly basis.  EMG to provide documentation as per the AOC.
