Current Activities
During this reporting period the Responsible Party's contractor, ERM Inc., continued weekly oil extraction activities.   The total liquids extracted thru 11/30/06 includes 37,511gals of contaminated water and 3,958 gals of fuel oil.  Weekly extraction events will continue.

ERM and Fogle's personnel will continue to inspect and replace sorbents in the creek as part of the required work under this AOC.

There was no other work completed during this reporting period.


Planned Removal Actions
Fogle’s has completed the surveyed grid layout at the Facility and the Farm in anticipation of the monitoring program. The installation of the air injection points at the Facility was initiated on December 6.  Connection to the blower unit will occur by the end of December, 2006.  This activity is part of the Final Abatement Plan.  
MDE finalized its comments on the Plan.   Fogle's to finalize the subject document after approval of a final confirmation sampling plan.
