Current Activities
During this reporting period approximately 2 gals of oil and 342 gals of contaminated water were retrieved.  The new updated totals are now as of May 30, 2007: 4,032 gals of oil and 39,824 gals of contaminated water.

In accordance with Section 2.2 of the EPA-approved Abatement Plan,
ERM and Fogle’s planted a total of 36 hybrid poplar trees downgradient of Sump A. An additional 4 hybrid poplar trees were planted upgradient of Sump D. Note that the number of trees was reduced from that proposed in the re-planting diagram previously provided to EPA as a result of an overestimate of the size of the area requiring re-vegetation.

No monitoring of soils at the facility was conducted this reporting period.

Monthly monitoring of the soil gas continues to occur.
