Current Activities
During this reporting period approximately 60 gals of oil and 1325gals of contaminated water were retrieved.  The new updated totals are now as of September 30, 2007: 4,180 gals of oil and 43,303gals of contaminated water. The increase in product recovery during this reporting period, can be attributable to the lack of precipitation and the resulting lowering of the water table.

Repairs were made to the underflow dam within the unnamed tributary
to Piney Run. Routine inspections of the dam identified breaches in the system that could allow water to pass outside of the flow tubes. Fogle's re-attached the synthetic liner to the PVC piping directing the flow of water through the tubes as designed. Free-product has not been observed in the stream since April 2005 when Fogle's and ERM took over maintenance operations for the dam, and the repairs are a precautionary measure.

Monthly monitoring of the soil gas continues to occur.
