12/2/02 (1-HSA, 1-G.L.Palm, 2-FOSS, 2-Big Sky, 2-River’s Edge, Eugene Feltz, Ray Dodge)
Two truck loads (30 yards per load) of Mill Pond tailings hauled to East Wenatchee landfill. Second truck/pup trailer in shop for repairs. VacTruck decontamination efforts continue. The efficiency and speed of the new VacTruck (Big Sky) are marked improvements over its predecessor. Mill tailings removal continues to be slowed due to mechanical problems with haul trucks. Access to the Upper Ore Bin has been completed. Excavator will begin removal of the course ore. River's Edge cleaned up their equipment in preparation to leave.

Two truck loads of Mill Pond tailings hauled to East Wenatchee landfill. Second truck/pup trailer still in shop for repairs. VacTruck decontamination efforts continue. Mill tailings removal continues to be slowed due to mechanical problems with haul trucks. Excavator finished removing the cemented materials from the course ore bin. The remainder of fine ore material from the bin will be removed by VacTruck Wednesday. River's Edge decontaminated their VacTruck and left site.

The VacTruck was decontaminated so that it could resume CW removal following DW removal. CW to be removed is located in the coarse ore bin and elsewhere in the Mill building. Removal of hardened materials by hand.

Two truck loads of Mill Pond tailings hauled to East Wenatchee landfill. Second truck/pup trailer still in shop for repairs. The VacTruck & FOSS equipment were decontaminated before leaving site after completing decontamination of Mill Facility. Removal of hardened materials by hand.
