On July 11, 2011, Midwest hauled off 3 loads (15,100 gal) of oily water from the concrete access pit and primary separator pit to Clean Water’s facility in Dayton, OH.
-Midwest continued cleaning out frac tanks 7-10.
· Midwest completed cleaning of frac tank 7 and frac tank 9.
· Midwest pumped approximately 1,200 gal of oily water from frac tank 9.
· Midwest began pressure washing frac tank 8.
· Oily water vacuumed out has been pumped into the center and east solidification pits.
On July 12, 2011, Midwest hauled off 5 loads (28,235 gal) of oily water from the concrete access pit, east/west million gallon bunker tanks, and tank 6 to United Water’s facility in Cincinnati, OH.
-Midwest hauled off 2 loads (9,900 gal) of oily water from the solidification pits to Clean Water’s facility in Dayton, OH.
-Oily water from tank 6 was approved for treatment at United Water’s facility in Cincinnati, OH.
-Midwest continued cleaning out frac tanks 7-10.
· Midwest continued pressure washing frac tank 8.
· Oily water vacuumed out has been pumped into the center and east solidification pits.
On July 13, 2011, Midwest hauled off 5 loads (27,593 gal) of oily water from tank 6 to United Water’s facility in Cincinnati, OH.
-Midwest pilot tested solidifying sludge with the wood pulp from Harvest Technologies and submitted a sample for full TCLP analysis.
-Trihydro took a composite sludge sample of the east/west bunker tank for TCLP metals and PCB analysis.
-Midwest continued cleaning out frac tanks 7-10.
· Midwest completed pressure washing frac tank 8.
· Midwest began pressure washing frac tank 10.
· Oily water vacuumed out has been pumped into the center and east solidification pits.
On July 14, 2011, Midwest hauled off 6 loads (38,701 gal) of oily water from tank 6 and the primary separator pit to United Water’s facility in Cincinnati, OH.
· All oily water has been pumped out of tank 6.
-Midwest completed cleaning out frac tanks 7-10.
-Midwest began cleaning frac tank 11.
-Trihydro treated 4,000 gal of water with the GAC system and Midwest plans to use treated water to clean frac tank 11.
On July 15, 2011, Midwest received approval to haul API/DAF tank water to United Water for treatment.
-Midwest hauled off 6 loads (32,715 gal) of oily water from the API/DAF tanks to United Water’s facility in Cincinnati, OH.
-In order to move forward with cleaning tank 6, Midwest stopped cleaning frac tank 11, pumped oily water from the solidification pits into frac tank 11, and pumped sludge from the bottom of tank 6 into the solidification pits.
-Trihydro treated 3,800 gal of water with the GAC system and both finish water frac tanks are nearly full.
