A complete site history and further detailed information regarding this incident can be found in the Initial Cleanup Action & Investigation Work Plan (dated 11/17/11), Revised Initial Cleanup Action & Investigation Report (dated 02/29/12), and the Revised Technical Memorandum (dated 06/28/12).

The initial surface water sampling event occurred on 16 August 2012.  The analytical results results and a discussion of the results are presented in the August 2012 Surface Water Monitoring Report dated 25 September 2012.

The second surface water sampling event occurred on 7 January 2013.  The analytical results and a discussion of the results are presented in the January 2013 Surface Water Monitoring Report dated 22 February 2013.
