1.1.2 Site Description
During the cleanup of the Lovers Lane Lead site at 4407 Lovers Lane, the well at the neighboring residence located at 4435 Lovers Lane was found to be contaminated with lead above Kent County Health Department action levels for safe drinking water.
U.S. EPA took emergency action to connect the residence to the municipal water supply.

1.1.3 Preliminary Removal Assessment/Removal Site Inspection Results
A sample collected from the well located at 4435 Lovers Lane on 5/21/2012 indicated levels of lead in the drinking water at the residence at 0.020 mg/L. The Kent County Health Department (KCHD) was contacted. KCHD indicated that this number was above their action level of 0.015 mg/L.
