The 19th Street Lead Site (the Site) is located in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida. The Site occupies approximately .14 acre within a residential area, contains one structure constructed in 1925, and is rented for residential purposes.

The Site was reported to the EPA Emergency Response, Removal and Prevention Branch (ERRPB) for suspected improper removal of lead based paint (LBP) from the exterior of the residence. This removal was reportedly performed without the appropriate methods and procedures for removing LBP and may have caused contamination of surficial soils. EPA conducted a removal site assessment. Based on the removal assessment an action memo and consent agreement was signed. The Property Owner's contractor completed a removal action under EPA oversite.
