This is an NPL contaminated ground water site. Two private drinking water wells have been determined to have PCE or TCE levels above MCLs and the property owners will be hooked up to existing city water lines. The private wells will not be de-commissioned but will be separated from the whole-house water supply and only be utilized for non-potable purposes.
