At approximately 0800, EPA Region 6, learned that Interstate 45 was shut down in Hutchins, TX due to a release of hazardous materials. OSC Ruhl and OSC Smalley responded. Once on-scene Coordinated with Hutchins Fire Department and Police Department, as well as Dallas County Fire Marshal Robert De Los Santos. Authorities report that the container fell out of the back of a truck traveling North on I-45.
