Tanker truck overturned exiting the off-ramp from I-20W onto the median of Fulton Industrial Blvd at approximately 0530hrs (EDST) on 31Jul2006. East & West bound traffic was blocked on I-20 as well as North and South bound traffic on Fulton Industrial Blvd in the vicinity of the accident. Approximately 1,200 gallons of Jet-A (Mil JP-4) released onto the road/median and storm-drain. The Chattahoochee River is located approximately one-half mile due west of the site. USEPA OSC dispatched at 0730 hours.
