On October 3, 2019 about 0700, a single truck accident occurred on the off-ramp of I-476 to I-76 near West Conshohocken, PA. The truck discharged approximately 100 gallons of diesel fuel to the ground of which approximately 50 gallons reached a nearby storm drain, which discharges to the Schuylkill River. A 50-foot-long and 25-foot-wide sheen was observed on the Schuylkill River
