EPA received NRC Report 1233708 about a condensate spill from the overflow of storage tanks due to failed high level sensor and automatic shut‐off valve. The tanks overflowed into secondary containment and traveled to an unnamed creek. The material impacted flooded land and an unnamed creek and travelled approximately 0.75 miles. The spill amount was estimated between 200to 300 bbl. Due to the volume released, EPA dispatched OSC Enders and an EPA Team to assess site conditions and provide assistance as needed.
