The EPA Response Duty Officer and START contractors were activated at approximately 9:45 pm on 10/17/12 to respond to a fire at a Conecsus storage facility in Forney, Texas.

The fire was reported to the Forney Fire Department at 7:38 pm. Kaufman County Emergency Management was also on the scene.

The incident was reported to the NRC and assigned NRC #1027649.
