The Custom Metal Finishing Company conducted metal finishing operations at the Shelby location, specifically chrome metal plating. Approximately 72 drums were located in the plating shop. A total of 14 buckets, 4 boxes with corrosive labels, and 8 red containers were observed in the plating shop. An Action Memo was signed to conduct a Time-Critical Removal Action at the Site on 14 September 2011. Removal activities commenced 14 November 2011.
