WCD Con Edison at the 74th Street Generating Station Exercise. On October 28, 2009 the facility is excecuting a spill notification, equipment deployment and spill management table top. On October 30, 2009, conEd will continue the exercise at the Long Island City Training Center with the Incident Management Training.
