The "Equipment Tracking Module" (ETM) is the equipment tracking application within the EPA Emergency Management COOP Portal. The ETM can be accessed at https://emp.epa.gov

EPA Regions and Special Teams will use the ETM to locate and then to track emergency response equipment. This will increase the efficiency of providing proficient response during emergencies by facilitating and improving the allocation of resources between regional warehouses and the field. In addition, it will provide an EPA-wide standardization of equipment, consistent nomenclature, and a National view of EPA’s emergency response assets.
